SBNW: Attempted Burglary, Chruch Road Severn Beach

Just to advise you of the following incident which occurred at a property in Church Road on Monday at 23.10 hours, details as follows:-

Three unknown offender/s have stood outside the property, one has walked to the garage door whilst the others acted as look out. He has used a unknown implement, to prize open the top of the garage door. Offenders were disturbed and the three males made off.

Please circulate and advise all to be vigilant, to review security with regard to outbuildings and if keeping items of value within, ensure they are anchored, marked and registered at www.immobilise.com

SBNW: Another Attempted Burglary , Beach Avenue, Severn Beach

At a property in Beach Avenue between 06/11/2011 and 07/11/2011 about 18.00hrs, victim stated that he went to go out the rear patio doors, but he couldn’t at the time but didn’t think anything of it.

On 9th November he examined the door and discovered 2 tool marks, which would account for why the door wouldn’t open.

Detached property in a residential area, not overlooked at rear. No unusual trademarks left at the scene only tool marks to door. Exit possibly through side of property as well as access.

Please circulate and advise all to review their security especially with regard to rear access and if noting anything suspicious, please report it to the Police on 101
